Steve just finished a successful career as vice president of marketing for more than 20 years in the media industry with an emphasis on advertising sales, strategic planning, event marketing, building community partnerships, business acquisitions and digital operations, leading a multi-million dollar department. Steve is skilled in team-building, developing proven revenue and marketing strategies, public speaking and leadership training.
Jeanette and Steve Arnold have done numerous estate liquidations and opened Corpus Christi Mercantile in Spring of 2017 with an emphasis on live and online auctions, off-site estate liquidation and appraisals.
Jeanette has worked estate sale companies in South Texas and is proficient in researching and pricing rare items. Steve has been an avid book collector for years with more than 5,000 books in his personal collection and an extensive knowledge of antiquarian book collections.
Special areas of emphasis in training include Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements, estate and gift appraisals, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss appraisals.
